How does hosting the olympics help a countries/cities economy/buisnesses???
Doing a project for my buisness comm class on buisness etiquette for different countries. My country is Italy. Need some info for slide presentation. Be sure to leave your info so i can reference you.

Like any large event, the Olympics will bring thousands of wealthy travelers to the hosting country that would otherwise not be there. They’ll spend millions of dollars on accomodations, shopping, dining and entertainment.
