free website hosting kids

I have a Creative Webcam & want to set up remote monitoring-what is a good free website to set up as the host?
All the instructions tell you is that you can upload the captured images into your FTP site, and that the images can be automatically uploaded to a website of your choice. I need suggestions on where to find a free website to do this, as Creative gives no suggestions. I don’t have my own website. I’d prefer that it not be a public site – is there a way to password protect a site so that only approved people can gain access? I do know about GeoCities and tried that, but it didn’t connect. Also, the free version is so limited on use (file transfer limitations) that it may not even work for my purpose. I just want to be able to keep an eye on the kids while they are at home this summer, but I don’t want the whole world to be able to watch too! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
This is a WebCam Instant version – very basic and doesn’t include streaming video for remote monitoring.
There is a free software yawcam (short from yet another webcam) from www.yawcam.com that hosts it from your home computer. I recommend it to everyone.
You can host it right from your computer, which is even more secure than putting it on a website. It also has a password option to be even more secure.
You need to insall java, which is free too.
