So i have been watching alot of japanese shows(animes/dramas)
and oon one thing i was watiching it was like a pic of these 2 ppl and they had all this stuff around the pic and stuff

but like does anyone know where i can downlode a cute photo editing program??
i have photo shop
but i suck at it XD
so if anyone knows where i can get some good photoshop tutrials (i so spelled that wrong) that would help too :]
