Can I use iWeb to make websites to host on freewebs.com?
I plan on making a small website for a small organization in our college, so naturally, I don’t want to pay for hosting. Free hosting would work. I would like to know, however if I can use iWeb to make websites for freewebs.com….has anybody tried this?
yeah i have done this. its pretty simple. u make ur website on iweb and save the files to ur hard drive. then use freewebs to upload the files. their are two options for creating a website on freewebs. one is to use their templates and the other is to upload your own files. thats what u have to do.
jsut make sure you upload all the files that iweb saves for you on a folder called sites. on freewebs you ahve to create all the save folders similar to the ones saved on your hard drive and its a pain because you cna only upload one file at a time but its worth it because your website will look great.
