online store hosting reviews

online store hosting reviews
Anyone tries out Stores Online (hosting company) and its products?

I went to Stores Online’s (also known as Galaxy Mall and Imergent) seminar yesterday and I was thinking about buying their package to help build my eCommerce website. However, I saw some bad reviews on the web. I wonder if any of you have actually bought their products and what is your opinion about them? For example, can you actually build the websites without a lot of problem? How is their support? Are you happy about the wholesalers, drop-ship vendors, etc.

I would like to suggest following webhosting , they are excellent.

Hostmonster http://www.hostmonster.com/track/ryukenden/

They offer hosting of “unlimited domains” and you will get massive webspace of 200000 MB (200 GB ). They only charge $5.95/month and they offer “a free Domain Name” and installing service called “Fantastico”. By using Fantastico, you could create own forum, photo gallery, shopping cart (E-COMMERCE),your own auction site and your own blogs within few seconds. They also offer “Free Website Builder” as well.
Visit the site to check details.

Domains
Following site is quite good to register domains as price is reasonable with free privacy. Some charge about $5/ year just for free privacy.

service hosting
what art most important features to look for in a web hosting service?

I am new at web design, and in the process of trying to find a good web hosting service. I plan on having lots of videos and photos on my sites, and was wondering what kind of features are the most important for me to be looking for when searching for a web host. Are some servers faster than others? If so, which are the fastest? And is it better to go with a windows or linux server? Are there any other important features that I need to look for? Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Well, it depends on how much you want to spend.

1. If you’re willing to pay $20+/monthly for hosting I recommend:

2. If you want something cheaper I recommend Dreamhost http://www.dreamhost.com/hosting.html

Their standard price is $119.40/year ($9.95/month if you pay yearly) but they currently have a promotion. You can use the promo code PLUS at sign up page and get the $50 discount + 2 Free domain names. This way you get them for $69.40/year ($5.78/month). You can use their huge Disk Space and host unlimited number of subdomains and domains on a single plan.

Disk space: 500 GB
Bandwidth: 5000 GB
2 Free domain names
Price: $5.78/month ($69.40/year)

loud and clear hosting

Is an 800 Watt DJ Subwoofer Speaker system large/good?

I host several small to mid-size events (around 100 to 150 people), and I was wondering if a ‘800 Watt DJ Subwoofer Speaker System w/Dual 8″ Subs’ would be large enough (loud and clear enough) for this type of event. Here’s a link if you want to see more: http://cgi.ebay.com/New-800-Watt-DJ-Subwoofer-Speaker-System-w-Dual-8-Subs_W0QQitemZ380114369195QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item380114369195&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72:1205|66:2|65:12|39:1|240:1318|301:1|293:1|294:50

Realmadrid – That sub will not work well for DJ’ing. No $50 sub is going to do the job. You really need to be careful with audio equipment ads online – they can be very deceiving.

First of all, I doubt that sub can handle 800 watts. Online speaker ads for no name brands ALWAYS way overstate their power handling specification.

A proper sub for DJ’ing that size crowd is going to cost you at least $350:

You will need a proper amp to power the sub too:

This is even a very cheap setup. A pro DJ who is making money would spend a lot more:

To make a long answer short…please do not try to use a cheap $50 car stereo sub for DJ’ing – you will be disappointed. Save your money and get real DJ equipment. I am just trying to help you.
