hosting iweb on godaddy

I have a GoDaddy domain and am using the free hosting that came with GoDaddy. I am also using FireFTP in F?

Hi I used to have MobileMe but the account ran out and I don’t have $99 to spend at the moment so I am trying to put up my website on my own. I have a GoDaddy domain and am using the free hosting that came with GoDaddy. I am also using FireFTP in Firefox to transfer my stuff. I am using iWeb to create the site and have uploaded it all to a folder. FireFTP connected and now when I go to my website URL I get this message:
“If you are the owner of this web site you have not uploaded (or incorrectly uploaded) your web site. For information on uploading your web site using FTP client software or web design software, click here for FTP Upload Information.”

I don’t know what is going on because my FTP seems fine. Can anyone help me out with what to do?

See Godaddy’s FTP FAQ:

i NEED WEBSITE HELP?

I bought a domain from yahoo and I have made a website with the “iweb” program on macs. Is there anyway that I can use my site without having to buy hosting from yahoo?(I have a .mac(mobileme).By the way

Can someone help me!!?

the best way to register a domain for free is to purchase your domain and webhosting together. In this way it is possible to get your domain for free. Some webhosting companies offer this as a gift . I am using bluehost webhosting for mine
